Magnificent 12ct Blue Topaz center stone (14mm x 11mm) unheated from Africa, highlighted by 52 faceted White Sapphires approximately 1.5mm which are in turn accented by 12 Blue Sapphires also approximately 1.5mm. A showstopper set in sterling. Size 8, can be sized by a good jeweler.
