Returns

• We allow 14 days for a return (from the date of your receipt with receipt, labels, tag and packaging) with an option for exchange or store credit. 
• Contact us via email for return instructions before returning anything. We will return only the purchase price and applicable sales tax. 
• Please note that items which appear to be damaged, beyond normal wear and tear; smell of body oils or perfume will not be accepted for return, as these items cannot be resold. This includes items claimed to be defective. Please inspect all: jewelry; handbags; clothing for defects before wearing or use (we inspect before selling, however some items may be missed).
• All sales are final on botanicals and will not be accepted for return.
