Alexandrite Deco Style Ring (2 carat)

Alexandrite was the stone of Russian royalty. This beautiful vintage inspired ring lends itself to the original Alexandrites of old that were mined out of Russia until about 100 years ago (see Wiki link); however, this is a 2 carat created alexandrite since it is nearly impossible to find mined Alexandrites any longer. This is a lovely stone set in an Art Deco style sterling silver setting. Russian man made purple Alexandrite with all the color change qualities of the real deal. In the sunlight you can see blues.
