Amazing Blue Topaz and Diamond ring. Size 8

Every once in a while we come across a stone that catches our eye. This oval cut Blue Topaz is one of those. The stone is clear and of  a rich azure color throughout. The facets are perfect pulling light from all parts of the room, in a low light room this stone sparkles. It is huge over ten carats measuring 24 mm by 18 mm.
